At Lucknow Skin Shop and Boot Barn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium leather goods and footwear. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags attached before initiating a return.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your boots or apparel in their original boxes and drop them off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement size within 5 business days.
